At PureFaith, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return window for eligible items.
Returns
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at hello@purefaith.us.com. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We recommend checking your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@purefaith.us.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Discounted or clearance products
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods or personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 15 business days for processing after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
